Income Tax Deductions
In Spain, individuals can deduct up to 80% of donations up to €150 annually from their personal income tax (IRPF), and 30% for amounts exceeding the first €150 annually.
Legal entities (companies or organizations) can deduct 35% of the donated amounts from their Corporate Tax. If the company has donated an amount equal to or greater than the previous year, this deduction increases to 40%.
