Trust is built on facts, not promises. Here is who we are legally, how we are funded, and what happens with every euro we receive.

How we are funded

Our activity rests on three sources: donations from individuals — one-off or monthly —, sponsorships from companies and institutions backing a specific project or our general activity, and artwork sales through the Queer Art online gallery, whose purpose is to make sure artists get paid for their work.

We are independent of any corporate group or political party. Funds go to the association’s activity: exhibition venues and installation, radio broadcasting and licensing, audiovisual production, workshops, and minimal running costs.

Accountability

  • We publish a yearly activity review every year, covering the milestones, projects and partnerships of that period.
  • The association’s statutes are available to anyone on request: write to hola@queermedia.org.
  • Anyone who donates can request a donation certificate at any time.
  • Our sponsors receive a closing report on the project they backed: what was done, who it reached, and what it achieved.
