This year, the Queer Media association made Eurovision night truly unforgettable! We organised a private, exclusive screening of the grand final at the CINESA MÉNDEZ ÁLVARO cinema in Madrid, where fans gathered to share their favourite music event together, on the big screen and in the best of moods.
Every attendee received a special kit including a drink, popcorn and a glow bracelet — which became the true symbol of the night. The audience raised and waved their glowing bracelets to cheer for their favourite artists, creating a spectacular show inside the auditorium.
We are especially happy that this year’s victory went to a queer artist from Austria: JJ with the song “Wasted Love”. His spectacular performance and powerful message moved millions of people across Europe.
Thank you to everyone who joined us on this magical night. See you at the next Eurovision — it will be even louder, brighter and more fun!
